CONTRACTS REQUIREMENTS Once an award has been made under any of the procurement alternatives provided for in this Rule, the PRHTA will enter into a Contract including all the governmental compliance language, including but not limited to, bonding requirements, Equal Employment, State Insurance Fund, Insurance Policy, Conflict of Interests, Contractors Ethics Rules and Record Retention.
