These amendments are promulgated by the Secretary of
Agriculture, under the authority vested in him by Act No.
241, of May 8, 1950, as amended. The same shall take effect
thirty (30) days after their publication in two newspapers
of general circulation in Puerto Rico, as provided by said
Act No. 241, and after filing in the Office of the Secretary
of State of Puerto Rico, the original and two copies of their
Spanish and English texts, pursuant to the provisions of
Act No. 112, approved on June 30, 1957, as amended.
