Likewise, upon notice to the concerned person giving him the opportunity to be heard in a public hearing on its merits, the Secretary may suspend, deny or cancel any license issued - 2 - 5. 6. 7. Failure to provide the information required in subsection E of Section IX of this Regulation. 8. Whenever the person to whom a license has been granted, utilizes force, assaults, resists, opposes, impedes, intimidates, interferes, obstructs or hinders any official while said official is engaged in the performance of his official duties under this Regulation, or on account of the performance of his duties. "H. A fee for each license issued under this Regulation is established, which shall be computed according to the volume of business declared as established by Act No. 113 of July 10, 1974, as amended, known as "Municipal License Tax Act". Said fee shall not exceed thirty hundredths (.30) of one percent (1%) of its declared volume of business and shall not be less than $50.00 nor more than $250.00. Once it has been determined that the application filed by the applicant meets all the applicable requirements of this Regulation. said applicant will - 3 - of Puerto Rico. No license shall be issued until the established fee has been paid and the applicant shall not import or market canned gandures until he has received the license issued by the Secretary."
