401.1 Scope. The provisions of this chapter shall govern the evaluation of and requirements for
private sewage disposal system sites. Site evaluation and requirements shall comply with the
design standards and specifications of the Puerto Rico Environmental Quality Board's
Underground Injection Control Regulation.
