En todo proyecto de mitigación los procedimientos para determinar los niveles de limpieza deberán
llevarse a cabo por un Inspector 0 Evaluador de Riesgos. Los niveles de limpieza se determinarán
solamente, cuando las concentraciones de plomo detectadas cumplan con los siguientes niveles:

plomo.

Gobierno de Puerto Rico, Ley Núm. 38 del 30 de junio de 2017, según enmendada, este
Reglamento entrará en. vigencia a los treinta (30) días a partir de su radicación en el
Departamento del Estado.
