REMOTE ACCESS Insurance company filings are now available to the public remotely through the NAIC System for Electronic Rate and Form Filing Access (SERFF) interface. You can view filings conveniently from your home, office or anywhere you have access to a computer, at any time – day or night. There is no charge associated with this method. Technical Difficulties: If you are experiencing technical difficulties with the SERFF system or problems accessing the SERFF alternative remote access website, please direct your questions to the SERFF Help Desk at 816-783-8990 or email sfahelp@naic.org The Insurance Department cannot help with computer systems issues or technical issues related to SERFF.
