Bondreg. debg.irene STATE OF RHODE ISLAND AND PROVIDENCE PLANTATIONS DIVISION OF ENFORCEMENT NOTICE OF INTENTION TO ADOPT REGULATIONS The Director of the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management, under authority granted by G.L. 1956 (1977 Reenactment) §42-17.1-2 and pursuant to the requirements of G.L. 1956 (1977 Reenactment) §42-35 hereby gives notice of his intention to adopt the following regulation: Every person who applies to and acts as agent on behalf of the Department of Environmental Management for the sale of licenses for hunting, fishing and non-resident shellfishing shall be required to post bond in amounts as follows: 1. hunting and/or fishing $1,000.00 2. non-resident shellfishing $1,000.00 Persons wishing to submit data, views or arguments on this issue shall do so in writing submitted to Charles M. The Conditions of this obligation are such, that---- WHEREAS, The said Principal has applied to the Department of Environmental Management of the State of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations for permission to act as an Agent for said State in the sale of licenses for Hunting and/or Fishing. NOW, THEREFORE, If Said Principal shall account to the Department of Environmental Management for all blank license forms and for all monies said Principal may collect resulting from the sale of any licenses which may be sold for either Hunting and/or Fishing pursuant to the laws of the State of Rhode Island, then this obligation shall be void otherwise to remain in full force and effect. The total aggregate liability under this bond is limited to the sum of $1,000. This bond shall continue in full force and effect beginning March 1, 19………and shall definitely expire on February 28, 19……….. Such expiration shall not affect any liability incurred or accrued hereunder prior to the expiration of said bond or prior to the termination of a thirty (30) day period for notice if terminated by Surety.
