Regulation 36-14-5017 Prohibited Activities - Revolving Door, “Employment” Defined. For purposes of R.I. Gen. Laws §§ 36-14-5(n) and 36-14-5(o), “employment” shall also include service as an independent contractor or consultant to the state or any state agency, whether as an individual or a principal of an entity performing such service.
