Regulation 36-14-8002 — Additional officers. There shall be a secretary elected in accordance with section 36-14-8(d) herein. In the event of the absence of both the chairperson and the vice chairperson, the secretary shall preside. An assistant secretary pro tem shall act as secretary in the event of the secretary presiding at the meeting or in the event of the secretary’s absence.
