Regulation 1000 - Preliminary Review of Information. The Executive Director or designee may review any information which indicates a possible violation of the Rhode Island Code of Ethics with the Commission in Executive Session and may thereupon conduct a preliminary investigation. The Executive Director or designee shall report to the Commis- sion regarding such preliminary investigation.
