Regulation 1005 - Filing a Response. The Respondent shall be mailed a copy of the Commission’s Initial Determination that the Com- plaint properly alleges a knowing and willful violation of the Code of Ethics, which will be investi- gated by the Commission. The Respondent shall be further notified of the right to file a response under oath within twenty (20) days of the mailing date on forms provided by the Commission.
