Succession of sinking fund commission to previous board.

The sinking fund commission shall perform the duties prescribed by this chapter. Wherever in any general law, public law, or resolution of the general assembly, or in any document, record, instrument, or proceeding authorized by law or resolution, unless the context or subject matter otherwise requires, the words €œboard of commissioners of sinking funds€ or any reference to that board of commissioners appears, the words or reference shall be construed to mean the €œsinking fund commission€ created by this chapter, and wherever the words €œstate budget director and comptroller€ appear, they shall be construed to mean €œdirector of administration€.
