Csiszar Director Subject: Changes to Workers' Compensation Assigned Risk The Department has recently completed the selection process for servicing carriers and plan administration for the assigned risk pool for workers' compensation. Five servicing carriers have been selected. The plan administrator will be NCCI. Beginning with applications effective on or after May 1, 2003, the applications should be filed with NCCI using their procedures as outlined on their website: www.ncci.com. Once on the website, select Residual Markets, Information for Employers and Producers, NCCI's Workers' Compensation Insurance Plan State Instruction Pages. Please be aware that NCCI does offer electronic methods of submitting applications. Bulletin 2000-02 is withdrawn. A separate bulletin will be issued shortly dealing with possible residual market loads.
