S.C. Code Regs. 103-33. Delays in Transportation

No railroad shall, for any cause, subject any article of freight to unreasonable delay in receiving, delivering or forwarding the same. Pursuant to Sections 58-17-2710, 58-17-2820, S. C. Code 1976.
