A. Description: Documents network circuits used by the agency. Information includes automated or paper records, circuit number, vendor, cost per month, type of connection, terminal series, software, contact person, and other relevant information about the circuit. B. Retention: Until updated, superseded, or no longer needed for reference; delete or destroy.
