A. Description: Report from SLED explaining preliminary examination of evidence submitted from the sheriff’s department regarding crimes that have been committed. Information includes date, reference (case number, victim’s name, subject, offense, local case number), content, signature of analyst, date, and location. The original is retained by SLED permanently. B. Retention: 3 years, then destroy.
