Part 2 of the “National Electrical Safety Code” (latest edition), is considered by the commission to be an acceptable reference. New additions to Part 2 of the National Electrical Safety Code shall become effective six months after the date of final approval by the American National Standards Institute unless a request for a hearing has been granted by the commission.
