A. Description: Magistrates’ monthly report to the county treasurer of fines and fees collected by their offices. Information includes record of fees, names, dates, criminal and traffic dockets with amounts, offenses, officers, dispositions, and receipt numbers. B. Retention: 3 years, then destroy.
