A. Description: Files containing historical information concerning the municipality and important periods of history. Information includes minutes of local organizations, financial documents, maps, newspaper clippings, photographs, compiled histories of the municipality, information on historic homes and properties, information concerning foreign wars and unusual conditions (Hugo files), and any other documentation of the history of the municipality. B. Retention: Permanent. Microfilm optional.
