S.C. Code Regs. 12-607.10. South Carolina Police Officer’s Quarterly Retirement Reports

A. Description: Quarterly records of contributions made by municipal law enforcement officers to the South Carolina Police Officer’s Retirement System. Information includes employer’s name, address, active register numbers, social security number, employee’s names, gross salary and contribution for class I, and gross salary contribution for class II, retirement and pre-death contributions, and total salary. B. Retention: 60 years, then destroy.
