A. Description: Material relating to the reviewing, hearing and disposing of employee grievances and appeals of adverse personnel actions and disciplinary measures. Information includes letters of appeal, documentation from department heads, copies of complaints, investigation reports, hearing transcripts or summaries and related correspondence. B. Retention: 5 years after termination of case, then destroy.
