A. Description: Record of special and vacation watches to municipal property performed by the department at the request of residents. Information includes zone, departure date, return date, dispatcher initials, name and address of requestor, whether vacation watch or special watch, supervisor authorization, officer’s number, date and time location was checked, date check ended, and remarks section. B. Retention: 1 year, then destroy.
