A. Description: All incoming and outgoing radio and telephone communications. Information includes: officer(s) absent, assignment, officer’s name, unit, radio test, complaint, phone number, location, nature, officer assigned, time recorded, time dispatched, time arrested, time served, status remarks, case number, dispatcher and supervisor signatures. B. Retention: 3 years, then destroy.
