A. Description: Record of customers’ accounts that are referred to a collection agency for collection of a delinquent utility bill. Information includes customer name and address, current reading, date, consumption of water, sewer, total, balance, late charges, payments, cut-on date, and cut-off date. B. Retention: 3 years, then destroy.
