A. Description: Document agency insurance policies and related correspondence and memoranda. Policies concern group hospital insurance, automobile liability, fire and extended coverage, and tort liability. Contents include endorsements from the Insurance Reserve Fund, renewals, changes, copies of policies, correspondence, information from insurance seminars and a listing of office contents and their values. B. Retention: Until no longer needed for reference; destroy.
