S.C. Code Regs. 103-413. Inspection of Gas Systems

A. Each gas system shall, upon request of the commission or ORS, provide to the ORS a statement regarding the condition and adequacy of its plant, equipment, facilities and service in such form as the commission or ORS may require. B. Each gas system shall keep sufficient records to give evidence of compliance with its inspection program.
