A. Description: A statistical breakdown of information concerning employees by type, number, salary, and percentages of minority personnel. Information includes type of employees such as officials/administrators, professionals, technicians, office/clerical, service, maintenance, racial classifications, total work force, and work force summary. B. Retention: 2 years from the date of the personnel action involved or the making of the record; destroy.
