A. Description: Used to monitor employment, salary adjustment, performance reviews, terminations, and other personnel activity. Reports include: Alphabetical Listing of Employees Sequenced by College or university, Employee Name; Employee Roster Sequenced by Grade, Class Code, and Name; Temporary Employment Roster; Gross Salary Change Report; Termination Analysis, Performance Review Summary Report; Report on Salary Change Code-Merit Increase; Reviews Report-Classified Positions-Review Sequence; Vacancies Report-All Positions; and other related records. B. Retention: Until superseded or updated; destroy.
