A. Description: Logs completed to monitor mileage traveled in state vehicles. Information includes name of institution, driver’s name, beginning and ending odometer readings, and comments concerning problems with the vehicle. May also include travel reimbursement and backup documentation. B. Retention: 3 years; destroy.
