A. Description: Cassette tape recordings of school district board meetings used in preparing the school district board minutes. Information includes date of meeting, meeting time, meeting place, board members present, order of business, business discussed and decisions made. B. Retention: 2 years, then destroy/re-use, provided paper copies of the minutes have been produced.
