S.C. Code Regs. 136-790. Pilot Coordination

A. The pilots will act upon all requests for pilot services without delay; provided, they have been notified a minimum of six (6) hours prior to any vessel’s intended movement. B. The pilots will ensure the coordination of pilot assignments in the movements of all State piloted vessels that are, or will be, underway at the same time on those waters subject to the jurisdiction of the Commissioners.
