S.C. Code Regs. 13-13. Contests of Authority to Issue Regulations

Any aggrieved party may contest the authority of the Attorney General to promulgate a regulation by a protest in letter form. The Attorney General shall respond within thirty (30) days to such protest. Editor’s Note This regulation became effective June 2, 1978.
