A. The Department of Administration has delegated to the State Human Resources Director the authority to administer an Interchange of Government Employees Program as provided in Section 8-12-60 of the South Carolina Code of Laws. B. Agencies should refer to the Government Employees Interchange Program guidelines developed by DSHR for instructions on preparing an interchange agreement.
