S.C. Code Regs. 20-17.8. Filing of Boxing Contracts; Secret Agreements

1. Upon request of the Commission or Commission Representative copies of all boxing contracts between or among any participants must be filed with the Commission at the designated time before the event. 2. The making of secret agreements contrary to the terms of the filed contracts is prohibited under penalty of suspension of all parties thereto.
