The SC Athletic Commission does not regulate amateur kick boxing. 20-22.15. Amateur Kick Boxing in Conjunction with Professional Contests. No amateur kick boxing contests shall be conducted in connection with any professional event, and no amateur kick boxer shall appear on a professional card, unless the event or card is held under the jurisdiction of the Professional Karate Association.
