S.C. Code Regs. 20-4.1. General Requirement

1. No person, club, corporation or association may be a participant in boxing bouts in the State of South Carolina without first having obtained a license from the State Athletic Commission. 2. Additionally, no promoter may hold or conduct boxing bouts without first having obtained a permit for the specific event.
