S.C. Code Regs. 21-9. Policies and Procedures; Vendors

(A) Pursuant to Section 40-8-100(H), policies and procedures must be approved by the board before being put into effect. (B) Pursuant to Section 40-8-100(D), a policy or procedure may not be promulgated which unreasonably charges outside vendors more than the cemetery would charge for such services.
