A. The imported fire ant (Solenopsis invicta Buren) in any living stage of development. B. Soil separately or with other things. C. Plants with roots with soil attached. D. Grass sod. E. Hay and straw. F. Used mechanized soil-moving equipment. G. Any other products, articles, or means of conveyance of any character whatsoever, not covered by the above, when it is determined by a quarantine officer of the Plant Pest Regulatory Service that they represent a hazard of spread of the imported fire ant and the person in possession thereof has been so notified.
