S.C. Code Regs. 27-3004.3. Schedule of Parking Penalties

A. Penalties for parking offenses shall be determined by the Board of Trustees or its designees. A schedule of parking penalties for parking offenses shall be available for inspection as posted online on the Parking and Transportation Services website. B. Any person who knowingly provides false information to obtain parking privileges shall be subject to a penalty not to exceed five hundred dollars. In addition, parking privileges may be suspended for a period of up to four years.
