A. Cleaning and Disinfection All areas of the holding facilities shall have a drainage system and shall be cleaned and disinfected as the State Veterinarian or his authorized designee may prescribe. B. Bonding The facility must meet the bonding requirements as set forth by the USDA Packers and Stockyards Administration.
