S.C. Code Regs. 103-652. Testing Facilities

A. Each telephone utility shall, unless specifically excused by the commission, provide such instruments and other equipment and facilities as may be necessary to make the tests required of it by these rules or other orders of the commission or as reasonably requested by the ORS. The apparatus and equipment so provided shall be available at all times for inspection by any member or authorized representative of the ORS. B. Each telephone utility shall make such tests as are prescribed under these rules with such frequency and in such manner and at such places as is herewith provided, as reasonably requested by the ORS, or as may be approved or ordered by the commission.
