S.C. Code Regs. 52-709. Respondent’s Answer to Complaint

A. Upon the issuance of a hearing notice, the Respondent may, but is not required, to file an answer. B. Each allegation made in the complaint and hearing notice is deemed denied; provided, however that special and affirmative defenses shall be made by responsive pleading no later than 30 days from the date of service of the hearing notice.
