S.C. Code Regs. 5-45. Uniform Grading

A. Effective February 1, 1970, only the following grades of sweet potatoes shall be permitted to be sold in South Carolina: (1) U.S. No. 1, (2) U. S. No. 2, (3) Jumbo, (4) Commercial and (5) Field Pack. B. Exempt from the above requirements are sweet potatoes sold exclusively for processing.
