S.C. Code Regs. 61-87.5. Protection of Underground Sources of Drinking Water

The movement of fluids containing wastes or contaminants into underground sources of drinking water as a result of injection is prohibited if the presence of the waste or contaminant: A. May cause a violation of any drinking water standard under R61-58.5; or, B. May otherwise adversely affect the health of persons.
