S.C. Code Regs. 62-257. Exception to Policy

A. Students may submit an exception to policy requesting a review of an adverse determination as to the awarding or continuation of the college assistance program benefit to the Office of the Adjutant General or the appointed Air or Army National Guard CAP Representative. B. The Adjutant General, or the appointed Air or Army National Guard CAP Representative, shall devise procedures addressing student exception to policy requests to provide students an opportunity to submit documentation for a second review and determination of award.
