S.C. Code Regs. 62-610. Application for Change of Resident Status

A. Persons applying for a change of resident classification must complete a residency application/petition and provide supporting documentation prior to a reclassification deadline as established by the institution. B. The burden of proof rests with those persons applying for a change of resident classification who must show required evidence to document the change in resident status.
