S.C. Code Regs. 62-900.155. Allocation of Funds

A. This program is dependent upon sufficient annual funding from the S.C. Education Lottery Account. B. Of the monies in the Education Lottery Account, funds shall be appropriated to the Commission on Higher Education for tuition assistance at two-year public and independent institutions as provided in Section 59150-360.
