S.C. Code Regs. 63-348. Local Zoning Approval

A. Land subject to zoning plans which have been reviewed and approved by the Department shall be considered zoned. Zoning plans must include effective methods of enforcement. B. Any changes to an approved zoning plan must be submitted to the Department for review and approval before being effective for purposes of the Act. C. The Department will provide in writing the reasons why the zoning plan is not approved.
