S.C. Code Regs. 67-607. Hearing Notice

A. Each party is afforded at least thirty days notice of a hearing. B. The Commission issues a hearing notice to the parties which includes the date, place, time, and purpose of the hearing. C. Hearing notices may be issued electronically.
