S.C. Code Regs. 71-10000.5. Licensure

A. No action will be taken on any application for licensure until all forms are complete and the fee of $100.00 has been paid. B. Applications for renewal of licenses shall be filed with the Department biennially and accompanied by a fee of $100.00. C. Any license that has not been renewed in a timely fashion shall be lapsed. Any licensee in lapsed status must make application for a new license.
